Da Pinchmi Code

I passed on a chance to watch United 93. I also passed up a chance to see just about everything else on offer. There's that other Hollywood picture out now, or soon. I must like my fiction a little more on the scientific side than what I might have gotten from the other option. I settled instead for Da Pinchmi Code. Here's the script and some reviews.

Dr. Abd Al-Basset Al-Sayyid of the Egyptian National Research Center: British Research Proves Holy Stone of Ka'ba to be a Semi-Conductor from Outer Space

Following are excerpts from an interview by Abd Al-Baset Sayyid from the Egyptian National Research Center, aired on Al-Risala TV, on March 9, 2006.

Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: The British Museum announced that it possessed three pieces of the black stone [of Mecca]. It declares that these pieces prove that the black stone is not from our solar system.

[...]

They brought an Englishman, with white hair and a red face.

This man wasn't a Muslim, but he went into the Ka'ba, and started circling it, until he had an opportunity. The stone did not have a metal frame at the time. He took a diamond and cut off three pieces.

Then he went from Mecca to Jedda, and in Jedda, he found refuge in the Australian embassy, where he was welcomed as a hero. An Australian ship took him to the UK, in London. There, he brought the stones to the British Museum, and they began to study them. What was their intention? To prove that this is a plain stone, from Earth. This would mean that the stone kissed by Muslims is a regular stone.

Interviewer: They wanted to accuse us of...

Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: But the analysis showed otherwise.

Interviewer: What did they find?

Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: They discovered that the stone was a type of semi-conductor. Semi-conductors led to the development of electronics. Take a large radio - a radio this size. How? Instead of the light bulb we used to put inside the radio, they began to make them as small as a crystal this size.

[...]

Karnar from NASA took one piece of the stone from the British Museum. He charged it with a million telephone wires, yet the stone withstood it. He charged it with 100 million telephone wires, yet the stone withstood it. This piece of stone was the size of a chickpea. He found that this stone emits invisible radiation. He found that a stone the size of a chickpea emits 100 rays. Each ray can pass through 10,000 people.

British Research Proves Holy Stone of Ka'ba to be a Semi-Conductor from Outer Space

Alan E Brain provides this fascinating insight into contemporary Islamic science, by way of MEMRI.

The following are excerpts from an interview with Dr. Abd Al-Baset Al-Sayyed of the Egyptian National Research Center. Al-Majd TV aired this interview on January 16, 2005

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: The centrality [of Mecca] has been proven scientifically. How? When they traveled to outer space and took pictures of the earth, they saw that it is a dark, hanging sphere. The man said, "Earth is a dark hanging sphere – who hung it?"

Interviewer: Who said that?

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: [Neil] Armstrong. Armstrong was basically trying to say: Allah is the one who hung it. They discovered that Earth emits radiation, and they wrote about this on the web. They left the item there for 21 days, and then they made it disappear.

Interviewer: Why did they make it disappear?

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: There was intent there…

Interviewer: So it may be said that this suppression of information was significant.

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: It was very significant, since…the Ka'ba [in Mecca]… They said it emits radiation. This radiation is short-wave.

When they discovered this radiation, they started to zoom in, and they found that it emanates from Mecca – and, to be precise, from the Ka'ba.

Interviewer: My God!!

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: It was said…

Interviewer: Does this radiation have an effect?

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: They found that this radiation is infinite. When they reached Mars and began to take pictures, they found that the radiation continues beyond. They said that the wavelength known to us… or rather the shortness of the wavelength known to us… This radiation had a special characteristic: It is infinite, and I believe that the reason is that this radiation connects the [earthly] Ka'ba with the celestial Ka'ba.

Imagine that you are the North Pole and I am the South Pole – in the middle there's what is called the magnetic equilibrium zone. If you place a compass there, the needle won't move.

Interviewer: You mean that the pull is equal from both sides?

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: Yes, and that's why it's called zero-magnetism zone, since the magnetic force has no effect there. That's why if someone travels to Mecca or lives there, he lives longer, is healthier, and is less affected by Earth's gravity. That's why when you circle the Ka'ba, you get charged with energy.

Interviewer: Allah be praised.

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: Yes, this is a fact.
This is a scientific fact…

Interviewer: Because you are distant from…

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: Earth's magnetic fields have no effect on you in this case.

There's a study that proves that the black basalt rocks in Mecca are the oldest rocks in the world. This is the truth.

Interviewer: The oldest rocks? Yes. Has this been proved scientifically?

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: It's been scientifically proven, and the study has been published.

Interviewer: They took basalt rocks from Mecca…

Dr. 'Abd Al-Baset Sayyid: …Basalt rocks from Mecca, and investigated the places where they were formed.

In the British Museum there are three pieces of the black stone [from the Ka'ba] …and they said that this rock didn't come from our solar system.

It may be hard to believe, but the Islamic world was very advanced in science about a thousand years ago. At that time, Europe was in a feudal dark age dominated by religious fanaticism while the Arab territories were relatively tolerant.

I'm astounded Dr. Sayyid didn't mention the most important discovery of all. Namely, where the black basalt actually came from.

An Islamic research team of geologists and astronomers discovered this rock came from the moon. From a large piece of black basalt found there. The basalt had the dimensions 1x4x9 --the squares of 1, 2 and 3. Mathematically, it shows Islam is the only religion with scientific proof of its truths.

A member of the Islamic research team looked inside the Ka'ba said, "My God (Allah), It's full of stars!" His description was recorded and printed in an Islamic scientific journal. It was also broadcast on Al-Jazeera. That makes it a published scientific fact and irrefutable.

No, No No - you've got it all wrong. It's enough to make the Baby Mahommed (pbuh) cry.

The Ka'Ba artefact on the moon was actually just a portal discovered by the early Islamonauts, whose magnetic shortwave emanations pointed directly to the larger Ka'Ba at Mecca, the known centre of the universe, praise Allah (swt).

It was these shortwave transmissions that Neil Armstrong detected, and he was trying to say that Allah (swt) had well-hung Mecca where he did.

Do none of you infidels have any historical learning at all?

It almost reads like a post from Indymedia

Surely this discovery bears on the question of in which direction Muslim astronauts should pray. I look forward to the no doubt imminent ruling.

This also explains why depictions of the Allien Prophoid Mohammed are banned - he was green with four legs, three eyes and antennae on his head.

I wonder why Neil Armstrong kept the truth hidden from the rest of us?
I wonder how Abraham and his son Ismail made it into space?

These stories are cracking me up. The funny thing is that the folks who go on about the Da Vinci Code are easily as nutty as the Mulsims.

The difference between Tertullian and Kierkegaard arguing from fideism, and the Muslims arguing from "science" is so stark and frightening that one must wonder how Muslims have managed to survive this long.

Not being a religious guy myself I still have some liking for honest faith based on the separtion of faith from temporalities.

Muslims have no faith, and cannot have faith, because they "submit" rather than challenge the unknown and the perhaps unknowable and then, fideistically accept and go on from there. Submission in Christianity isn't stupid even when it's irrational.

It's calamitous to resort to proof of ones position from a borrowed and vititated ideology that one cannot understand within the context of ones own system. To not have a clue about science and then use that misunderstanding to prove the right of Islam is to be laughable. Where is their faith? They cannot have any at all from the beginning. Nor can they have fideism at its most irrational because to do so would be to think right to the end in some rational fashion and then accept faith as the only alternative left for the believer.

These stories are funny, but in a defintely Jerry Lewis kind of way.

Pigs in space update - it gets even nuttier.

OBSERVATORY FOR BAD MOON RISING

From http://www.islamophobia-watch.com/display/ShowJournal?moduleId=103277&categoryId=7541

"The Organisation of Islamic Conference has formed the OIC Observatory on Islamophobia at the general-secretariat in Jeddah, which is mandated to monitor and document all activities indicating hatred of Islam around the world, particularly in Europe, according to Secretary General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu. Addressing the senior officials’ preparatory meeting to the 33rd session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers (ICFM) here on Saturday, the OIC secretary general said that the aim of the Observatory was to tackle the issue of Islamophobia head on. Pigs in space update 2

So this is what the observers in the Islamophobia Observatory will be observing. The US Zionists and Crusaders have teamed up with the Hindu idolators to desecrate the face of Allah:

I almost hate to write this, but some Muslims come to this post and don't quite get it. I receive praise for my understanding. OK, I'll take what I can get. It's lonely at the top, and a kind word sometimes, well, it goes a long way. Like to the moon and back.

Ok, I'm one of the Muslims who came to this post and I really find your comments funny. I agree with you that Muslims may seem stupid and ignorant some times. But this doesn't explain the huge gap of miscommunication and misunderstanding between Muslims and others.
If you want to get more familiar with Islam "which is something I doubt", try knowing about Islam not about Muslims. Muslims behavior is very different from what Islam instruct.
There is something I recommend for you as a start:
Qur'an is divided into divisions. Each division is called "Sura". Each Sura consists of phrases. Each phrase is called "Aya". Suras and Ayas where put in a numerical order since the time of Prophet Mohammad. There is one Aya in Quran speaking about Iron. The strange fact is that the number of the Sura is equal to the atomic weight of iron. The other amazing "coincidence" is that the number of Aya is equal to the atomic number of iron. Open Quran and make sure this is not a lie.
From this example, it is clear that Quran does not state scientific fact as it is not a science textbook, but it includes scientific signs that it came from Lord "which we believe he is the same god of Jews and Christians and we call him in Arabic (Allah)".
