Happy Chanukah

Shabbat Shalom.

I don't have a menorah in my place at work, but I do have a picture of one of my heroes. He watches over me, as he is watched over too. My debt is unending, and I am grateful for it.

Who is the fellow in the picture? and what is his historical significance?

Sorry about that. I missed putting in his name and details. He is Theodor Hertzl, founder of modern Zionism. Those who hate israel, including a number of Jews both then and now, cn lay the blame at his feeet, if they can reach that high. I love the memory of the man. I have the picture above hanging in my office where I can look at him and hope that in some small way I can do something to carry on his work, I being, as a recent tee-shirt proudly proclaims,"part of the world-wide Zionist conspiracy. And I'm not even Jewish!"

Thanks for the info. He looks like a person I would liked to have met.

As the Jewish faith is the foundation of Christianty, true belivers of Both faiths must pull together in the present to oppose the Satanic cult of Mohammad.
